Hello, friends! I’m Zen the Cat, and I’m here to teach you a fun yoga move called the Cat Pose. Are you ready to learn? This pose is great for making your back feel good and helps make your arms and tummy strong!

Getting Ready for the Cat Pose

Let’s start by learning how to do the Cat Pose. It’s super easy! First, get down on your hands and knees on the floor. Make sure your hands are right under your shoulders. Now, take a big breath in through your nose and let it out through your mouth.

How to Do the Cat Pose

1. On your hands and knees, breathe in deeply through your nose.

2. As you breathe out, bend your back like a rainbow and tuck your chin to your chest.

3. Press your hands down on the floor and stretch your arms.

4. Hold this pose for 10 seconds. Let’s count together!

Great job! Let’s try it five times. Remember to breathe in and out slowly. Ready? Let’s do it!
