  1. Career Dress-Up Day: Choose a job from the list and dress up as that professional. Use items from around your house to create your outfit. For example, you could use a toy stethoscope to be a veterinarian or a camera to be a photographer. Share with your family what you learned about this job and why you chose it.

  2. Job Role Play: With a friend or family member, act out a day in the life of one of the professionals you learned about. For example, pretend to be a mail carrier delivering letters or a singer performing a concert. Think about the tools you might use and the tasks you would do in that job.

  3. Observation Walk: Take a walk around your neighborhood or visit a local park. Try to spot people doing different jobs. Can you find a mail carrier, a lifeguard, or someone who might be an engineer working on a building? Talk about what you see and how these jobs help our community.
